The vision is a simple cycle of:

Enlisting -Inviting others to join us and to have a relationship with Christ.

Equipping-The process of discipleship, where students are matured in the faith and equipped with the tools to grow and share their faith.

Engaging-Apply what we have learned to our lives so that we can live the life of Christ daily. This would also include bringing it full circle by enlisting others to join the Kingdom of God.

The model really is just a take off of what Christ did with His disciples. He called them, trained them and sent them out.
