Fire Fighters for Christ is an organization that has a mission to get solid Biblical teaching in the hands of people free of charge. You can download or request that they send you any teachings for free.

Blue Letter Bible has great study tools (Bible dictionaries, commentaries, etc.) and even some Bible classes that you can take for free.

Study Light also has Bible study tools.

Esword is a Bible program that you can download for free. First download the program and then you can download addins under the download section to get commentaries, dictionaries, maps, and other study helps. The interface is pretty intuitive.

Monergism.com has a bunch of free ebooks and articles worth looking at.
